The Maxbolt®
Now, even inexperienced operators can assemble complex bolted joints with uniform clamp loads within +/-5% of design specification. The Maxbolt® is manufactured by inserting extremely accurate and durable load monitoring devices into high quality bolts and studs. The accurate assembly and continuous monitoring capabilities reduce the potential for premature wear, expensive downtime, and catastrophic joint failure.
SPC4® Load Indicating System
Install a bolted assembly with confidence. The user is able to constantly monitor the clamp load of any SPC4® bolted joint, whether static or dynamic. By easily attaching a probe to the datum disc located on the end of the fastener, the user is able to read the value on a hand held battery powered digital monitor. Optional data gathering and storage of the bolted joint are also available.
Remote Tension Monitoring (RTM™) Collection
We have taken our SPC4®Load Indicating Technology to a new level with the latest addition to the company’s RTM™ (Remote Tension Monitoring) series of meters—the UHF Band RTM™ Meter, a wireless bolt monitoring system. The UHF Band RTM™ Meter operates in 433/868/915 MHz frequencies, which includes the industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) frequency.
